関西リーグについて

シルフリーグシーズン3・関西リーグへようこそ

◆概要

現在シルフリーグでは、新型コロナ対策として対面大会の開催が禁止されています（2020/3/16より実施）。
この措置は当面の間続くと思われるため、対面大会の代替措置として、毎月1回カップトーナメント（ポイント付与対象）の大会をリモートで開催します。
大会への出場機会の提供が主目的ですが、来年のリージョナルの開催権及びプレイヤーの出場枠の確保も合わせて目的としています。

◆募集要項

募集人数：　20名
募集期間：　2020/9/30まで

◆大会への出場について

ポイント付きのカップトーナメント（=使用ポケモンに制限がある大会）に毎月1回、出場の機会があります。
毎月必ず参加する必要はありませんが、大会規模（9名以上、4ラウンド以上）の維持のため、参加者数が少ない（9名に満たない）月に ついては個別に出場をお願いする可能性がありますのでご了承ください。

◆大会スケジュールと開催形式

＜開催期間＞ シーズン3（2020/10～2021/8） ※2021年1月はカップの開催なし

※2021/1のオールスターは招待制のため、ポイント付きのオープントーナメント（スーパーリーグ・制限なし）を開催する予定です。

＜開催形式＞

・リモート開催
・一週間を目安に全試合（4～5ラウンド）を消化
・毎月1回開催（カップトーナメント）
・やり取りはツイッターDMグループ（予定） ※リージョナルを踏まえ、Discordを使用する可能性もあります。

◆参加条件

運営の安定化とリージョナルの出場権利の関係上、参加者に地理的条件を付けさせていただきます（特別ゲスト除く）。
参加いただけるのは以下の条件のいずれかに該当する方です。

①過去に関西4団体*で現地大会に参加したことがある方
②①からの紹介があり、関西（近畿2府4県）にお住まいの方
③シーズン2の関西リージョナル出場者（辞退された方を含む）であり、関西（近畿2府4県）にお住まいの方
④運営の推薦による方で、関西（近畿2府4県）にお住まいの方
⑤運営の招待による特別ゲストの方

※シーズン1、2のいずれかにおいてオプトアウト歴がある方については参加出来ませんのでご了承ください。

◆注意事項

・シルフアリーナの方針変更により対面大会が再開されたときは、本会は原則対面大会に移行する予定です。
・入会申請は初回の募集期間後も受け付ける予定です。
・休会、復会、退会については自由です。
・迷惑行為やトラブルが多い方については、出場をご遠慮いただく場合がありますのでご了承ください。

（2021/4/15追記）

かねてより複数の方から制定の要望がありました「対戦日時の遵守」について、以下の通りルールを定めました。

合意した対戦予定の日時に連絡が付かないため対戦が出来ない場合は「対戦日時の遵守」のルール（Arena Rule 3.6）に違反したものとし、その試合は不戦敗の扱いとします（ただし、急病など不可抗力によるものは除きます）。

同時に、違反行為に対する処分について以下の通り定めました。

・通算して3回の違反→参加している大会からのリムーブ（除外）及び次の2大会への出場停止
・通算して4回の違反→参加している大会からのリムーブ（除外）及び関西リーグからの除名

急用が出来た場合など、予定していた日時に対戦が出来なくなった場合は、必ず先方に事前に連絡を入れてください。
対戦相手を尊重し、お互い気持ちよくプレイ出来るようお願いいたします。

◆リージョナル開催要件（シーズン2）[参考]

以下の条件をすべて満たしている団体
・リーダーボードの所属人数が16名以上
・シーズン2において2大会（カップ）以上開催している
・シーズン1+2通算で4大会（カップ）以上開催している

Kansai League 2020 – 21

Overview

To secure opportunities to compete in the Silph League season 3, Pokemon GO Osaka will remotely host a themed cup tournament once a month.
The Kansai League will host cup tournaments not only to provide opportunities to join PvP tournaments, but also to satisfy requirements for the Kansai Regional 2021.

Application

We are now accepting participants (up to 20 people) until Sep 30th.

Participation

Participation to a tournament is NOT mandatory. Participants can join a tournament whenever they want.
However, if the number of participants is less than 9 people, we might ask you to join in order to maintain a ranked tournament.

Schedule

– Schedule: Oct 2020 – Aug 2021 (Season 3)

*A cup tournament will not be held in January 2021.

Format

– Remotely held
– Conclude all rounds within one week (not one day!)
– One cup tournament each month
– Communicate via Twitter DMs

Requirements

In order to stabilize the admin’s operation and to secure invitations for the Kansai regional, we set geographical restrictions.

Trainers who can join the Kansai League are as follows;
1) Participants who have joined at least one in-person tournament hosted by the communities* in Kansai
2) Trainers who live in Kansai and are invited by participants mentioned above.
3) Participants of the Kansai regional in 2020, including those who were absent, plus resident in Kansai
4) Trainers who live in Kansai and are invited by the admin.
5) Special guests invited by the admin

Notes

The Kansai League will be held as an in-person tournament once the Arena permits in-person format.
We will accept new participants as long as there is space.
Participants can take time off or get back whenever they want.
We may remove participants who cause trouble frequently.
Trainers who opted out of rankings in the past are not eligible.
